I'm not lying

Judge: "Ma’am, could you please state your name for the record."

Our client: "Who's name?"

Judge: "Your name."

Our client: "What? Which one?"

Oh how I wish my job let me go to the court house more. I, sadly, missed this highly intellectual exchange of words which the hearing opened with.

See i've always found criminal court extremely boring and monotonous. I spent a summer doing research and sat in the courthouse and observed....blah.

Now the only time i have to go is if i'm supoenaed for work. I've only had to take the stand in a trial once which was nice. Though i have many more coming :(

I suppose i would find it more entertaining if there were people such as your client taking the stand LOL

How many names does this person have? Is she/he one of those people who did all sorts of bad things under multiple fake names? People really are stupid.

LOL!!! I remember a friend of mine worked at Customs a while ago, and the storeis he told us about the conversations always made me laugh.

Like he told me about this one time he was there and he said "Whats your citizenship", the american couple says "Bingo" *becuase that's where they were going*...He says "NO your citizenship", and they said "OHHH, Ohio". haha

It's hard to believe there are people that are that stupid.

I think she was confused whether to give her current name, maiden name or nickname.

When I was a police officer I would spend literally HOUR a day in court. I hated it, but hearing stuff exactly like that from witnesses and defendants every day was it's only saving grace.

And remember this: Jurys are made up of 12 people too stupid to get out of jury duty.

Put and 's' after HOUR...
